I was so impressed with my new GSIII that I bought one for my wife when her contract allowed it. The features of the phone and the price made it a much better value than the iPhone. I also like that I can replace the battery cover, battery, or add up to 64gb of memory. To me, this only adds more value to an already impressive product.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, gobbs of memory, performance, rear camera is awesome, hd video, large screen
Cons: a little long

By far hands down the best cell phone out their. Fast, display is perfect, layout is overall very good. The All share play takes a little work to figure out with a Samsung TV. Battery drains pretty quickly on device, will usually get 5 hours maximum before having to charge again. Battery is the only downfall with the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Love this smartphone so far.!
Keeping it from getting 5 stars across the board is battery life. By aggressively cutting back on brightness and installing an after market app killer, I can get through the day now. It's too bad you have to cut the brilliant screen back so far to save power. Samsung will Jelly Bean address these issues on this device?

Phone Great OS lacking

I am very impressed with the phone, however, I am not impressed with the fact that there is no clear date set for a roll out of the US version of Jelly Bean. There are some crashes I have noticed. Kies is not always the easiest thing to use. But all in all, this thing is awesome. I have converted 5 iPhone users so far.

The phone of my life is here. I LOVE this phone. I can visit any social media site I want to either through the HTTP web browser or via an Android app if they have one.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, android, can visit facebook and reddit web browser or app
Cons: has some weight to it, battery could have some extra juice

Display Issues

The phone has the worst display I have ever encountered on a phone. It is impossible to see the screens on a sunny day. I received the phone on 10/30 and have used it the past few days. I drive on avg. 500-800 miles a week. I use my phone constantly during my drive time along with my schedule which is in Google calendar. The glass on the phone cast a blinding blue tint in the sun. I live in the south and we have mostly sunny days. I have tried all kinds of display adjustments and non-glare screen protectors including several apps from the market. Some have helped but if the sun is at the right angle you can not see the screens. This is a deal breaker. I will be sending this one back.

Love the phone, amazing features. I normally upgrade every 6 months so I've had a lot of smartphones. I'd buy it again in a minute. WiFi Direct works great. Clear photos, anti-shake, still pic while taking a video, great features. I use the camera, GPS and data more than the voice part of the phone, but no problems and never dropped a call either.
By the way, GPS connects quickly, love Google voice. Voice input is really accurate. I've had an issue with black screen in some apps with videos but probably an issue with the apps because when I go to the internet sites, they play fine.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, unique features, anti-shake for photos
