Excellent First Smartphone

I don't believe there's much to say that hasn't already been said by anybody else.
My very first phones were Samsung phones, and I loved the capacitive touch mutimedia play/pause, forward, and back buttons. I love that experience here with the physical button and the capacitive ones.
The design only gets 4 stars because the phone is a bit large for my tiny hands, and the camera is difficult to use with the flip-cover.
Features only gets a 4 for the lack of a Share to Facebook via the share option in the gallery. I'm new to android, so maybe there's something I'm missing that'll easily allow me to add which app to share photos with?
Overall, I'm impressed with many of the features of this phone, especially Smart Stay. If I'm multitasking and using the phone and my computer, it helps as it turns off the screen even if the camera shows my face but by eyes are pointed elsewhere. I haven't tried S Voice yet.
It's a little disappointing that some of the coolest features are only available on other S3s, so I can't test things like S Beam yet. Makes sense though, as other phones lack the hardware.
The TouchWiz is very intuitive, and incredibly fast! I have really no qualms with this phone, besides anything already mentioned. This is my very first smartphone and it's been a great learning experience so far. I'm discovering neat new features of the phone daily. c:
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, fast, sleek, great camera, decent built-in multimedia, not an iphone
Cons: Too big

The Galaxy S3 is a FANTASTIC product. It definitely lives up to the hype. It's incredibly responsive and feature packed. The ONLY thing I've seen that I wasn't impressed with, was the default keyboard. It seemed limited, and the T9 swipe wasn't as accurate as what I'd like.
I would, without hesitation, recommend this product to anyone.

Huge screen, vivid display, thinnest phone I have ever had, great speed, awesome connectivity. Only one small complaint...cannot set notification sounds and start up sounds.

Great battery life

With the powerful processor and great display of this phone along with it's slim design, I am greatly surprised with the battery life. It typically lasts a day and a half and sometimes 2 days with fairly frequent use of internet, apps, and calls. The phone is very slim which makes it perfect for a pocket.
