I have had this phone for 2 yrs of my contract, I have had a few problems, The charging port wore out, after the 1st year, my front facing camera no longer works, and now when I plug in my headphones I can hear music, & hear sound when I watch movies, But I can't hear or talk, So now this is the 2nd time I am having a problem with the phone jack
Nothing bad to say abut the S3. The only "con" is rear facing speaker that gets blocked with the flip case. Performance is still good for an "old" phone, the display is great and so is battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: speaker gets obstructed with flip case
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone has great app access and great overall experience with the multiple capabilities it allows you to do. It a sleek phone. It has a real good battery charge life. It has plenty of storage space on the phone and can also have more storage with a sd card.
For me and my family, this is a fantastic smart phone. I had one first, and then recommended the phone to my wife and son. It has all the necessary functions that I need (meaning that first and foremost, it is phone!). To me, the rest of the functions are gravy, but the Samsung does them all well, Good internet access, great camera, great design. The only thing that could be better are the speaker, but this is not a major issue as I use my headphones most of the time.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

problems with the galaxy S3

To whom it may concern, My 2 year contract with Verizon wireless is coming to an end in September 2014. Since I got my first galaxy S3, I have had to get my phone replaced 8 or 9 times because of many different problems such as, the phone freezes up and has to be rebooted very often, and a couple of my previous phones would have problems with the charging port, it seems to wear out and become very loose in just a few months of use, I have also had problems with a lot of dropped calls when I would have full signal strength, the phone has a tendency to send you new updates from Samsung, and sometimes after the updates go through, I would loose all the apps I've downloaded and would have to upload the apps all over again. And one of the most aggravating problems with the phone is after I would download music and pictures, many of the pictures and lots of the songs would download multiple times, so when I try to listen to my music, the same song will play over and over so I would have to skip to the next One manually. And when I try to print out a certain picture, I have to wait for all the pictures to upload before I can pick the one I want to print and this may take a couple of hours, but then I noticed that it's because many of my pictures were downloaded as multiple copies of the same pictures. ( I have only tried to print out pictures a couple of times, and both times were done at 2 different Wallgreens locations, and I have not been able to print any of my pictures because it would take too long to upload my pictures on the computer to pick out the ones I wanted to print. And my most recent problem with the phone is that the speaker only works in certain areas, but most of the time when I'm talking on the phone with the speaker on, I still have to hold it close to my ear to hear anything. And I've noticed that a lot of my contacts are no longer listed in my contact list so I've had to write all of my contacts down on paper, so I won't lose them again. Now there have been a few other issues with the phone, but I don't have time to write them all down. But the ones I've listed above have been my most aggravating problems with the galaxy S3, So I hope that my input will help you out, have a great day . ALOHA, Louvie
