Dropped calls

I really like this phone but is has big problems with dropped calls. I have verizon wireless. Almost every call I make inside any buildiing the call drops. The phone works great when you are .
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great toy, poor reception

I was so excited to get this phone. I love the features of it. However, I can't have a conversation on it without running outside in hopes of getting enough service so I don't drop the call or have it fade in and out. Even outside, I will sometimes lose a call while the phone shows two or three signal bars. A smartphone should be a phone first. I have had the same cell phone carrier for years and have not had a problem before. If the reception issue was fixed, the galaxy S3 would be a five star phone.

When i bought this phone i fell in love its color and weight. The size of the phone is a bit big for my taste, but then again there is no modern phone that's small anymore. The sound quality is great, specially on calls which is an important quality for a PHONE. The display is one of the best in the market, the colors are vibrant. the last thing i will say is that i can't wait for jelly bean!

Best Galaxy to date!!

I owned the first two Galaxy’s, this phone much to my surprise is so much better. My only complaints is the size, it’s a very large phone and the smooth plastic material it is made of makes it slippery for me, I had to buy a case/cover for it. Other than that it’s great phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, great features
Cons: Too big, slippery in my hands.

After a moderate use - their has been crack in the glass. A manufacturing malfunctioning which is not acceptable

This is the best phone I have ever used. It's super fast, feather-light, take great pictures and vids, and it looks beautiful. 5 stars all the way!!!!

I waited forever after I lost my 1st Samsung Galaxy S to a cup of java and because I had had it so long I couldn't replace it - feeling I had lost my dear friend forever...FINALLY the III comes forward & she's all I missed in my Galaxy I & more - 100% more. It seemed forever in the waiting but Galaxy III was so worth waiting for. I love everything about it! Samsung gives so much thought to it's products and customers while keeping the integrity of the brand in tact & once you own your first Galaxy you're hooked for life! It has so many features that continue to amaze, if anything it has so many I've had it since July I still am learning new things everyday! (I must say I also own a wash machine and dryer by Samsung and per their standards the brand is awesome through all their products - if anything I could wish for it would be to own more of them!)

Cons: speakers could be louder.

Disappointed again with Samsung

This phone became glitchy and freezes right at the 14 day return policy. I have had it 3 weeks and the pictures it takes is the best part although I have several cameras and don't need another one. The phone won't stay on the network or WiFi. I was talked into it because of the "Gorilla Glass" that is indestructible!! Yeah, that is FALSE. The phone slid off my lap and shattered the glass. I have seen many complaints about the same thing. I had a Incredible that got dropped quite often as I have carpel tunnel. I am thinking that I might just put that one back into use. This equipment is irritating and waste time.
The construction is very cheap plastic and it's a very FRAGILE item, so handle it carefully.
