Awesome Business Tool

1000 great features, only 1 problem, auto dials for no freaking reason. Once that is done and I can figure out how to change xls formulas to match my excel 2010 macro enabled workbook formulas then I am off to the races. So glad I switched to this phone. My other choice was a IOS operated phone and I don't like it's business capabilities compared to this unit. A must for business pro's.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, business friendly tool
Cons: needs to work better with office
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love My Galaxy!

This is the best phone I have ever owned and the only reason I have it is because my husband recommended it to me. The only issue I have with it overall is the spell check and texting. I would like a "soft" spell check, one that doesn't change the word while I type. And the texting is difficult for me because I prefer the hard keys. But those are not reasons enough to give this phone anything but excellent reviews.
Had this over one month now and love the phone. I came from a Blackberry (and a past Moto Droid) so the features and screen are fun to use. I didn't like the T9 typing movement or the predictive text so I switched to Swype and am content. It's a bit big for my hand and pocket but, after the small BB, I'm learning to adjust and appreciate. I deliberated for 4 months until my upgrade date over several phones. I am glad I chose the S3.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, google play store/apps
Cons: size, t9, low volume speaker
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy with this product

I expected better from this phone with the price point it was at. It does take good pictures. The battery life is drained after a very short period of time, even with battery saver on, data sync off, network off. Even with the battery changed out, it has not improved the situation.
I at this point would rather have a different phone, I would not buy this phone again, nor recommend it to others.
Pros: Built-in speakers
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, does not hold battery life, gets hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Considering it costs as much as an iPhone, it is certainly no where near the same build quality. The GPS intermittently does not work or just tells me I am miles away from my actual location. The screen, SD card slot and optional extended battery are really all this phone has going for it in my opinion. The most confusing aspect is Samsung's choice to reverse the back button which contradicts the Android OS design and makes it difficult to become used to. Also, the buttons are way to easy/soft to press and I find my phone randomly goes into modes I do not want.
Pros: sd card slot, screen, replaceable battery
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor gps, expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

When my old phone broke I wasn't sure what I should replace it with. I looked at reviews of all the current phones online, and most places recommended the S3. So I gave it a try. When I went to test it out at the verizon store, I was instantly impressed. The phone had great build quality, and a sleek design. The S3 was also a powerhouse, letting me run multiple applications, and not freezing up at all. I have had my S3 for 7 months now, and I still don't think there is a better phone on the market.
It does everything I need and more. My favorite part is the display quality. I watch movies on it in my spare time and the quality is AMAZING. Only thing I could ask for would be a louder external speaker.
