I enjoy my phones ease of use. Seems to have a good battery life and never has failed me. I seem to always use Samsung devices, because of their quality!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Love my phone

I have two Galaxy S3s, one is mine and the other is my daughter's. I love my phone and have no issues with it. However my daughter's has a problem getting the battery to charge. I have found that I need to charge the battery externally to get it charged to 100%. I do not know if its a phone issue or the fact that she has a lot more "apps" running on hers. She really likes the phone and how easy it is to use. Other than this issue I would have given it 5 stars across the board.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

The Galaxy S lll is awesome

I was a IPHONE user and swore I would ever switch from Apple(crapple) But as I was waiting to be helped I was messing with the S lll and found it was easier to navigate and the apps on Apple just about everyone wants paid, with DROID products like this S lll, I went out and purchased the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet and it Syncs to my phone and and very easy to navagate. I will stay with Samsung for ever !!!!!!! GREAT PRODUCTS.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, ease of use great operating system
Cons: can't think of one !!!!!

Great Phone, Weird Bugs

My husband and I recently upgraded to two new Samsung Galaxy S III's. They worked great at first, we loved all the apps and the ease of operation. Suddenly overnight, both phones read the time at 2:04am January 17th, 1947. It was the strangest thing! I rebooted my phone several times but it just would not go away. I called Verizon's tech support but they wanted to send out two refurbished models, I wasn't ready to give up my brand new phone for a refurb. A few days went by and the phones corrected themselves, but now our Apps that use the internet will not function while on Wi-Fi! It's so awful because I LOVE the phone's screen size, ease of use, and the 4G LTE network! I just keep encountering strange bugs. I hope Samsung takes notice and fixes them with an update.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, weird software issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although the SIII's features are fairly intuitive, a detailed user manual would be a lot of help for those, like me, who don't have a lot of experience with smartphones and their features.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor documjentation

Best Phone Ever!!

This has been my best phone ever out of the hundreds of phones I've purchased. From its features to the way it fits in your hand I won't go to no other phone. Samsung has done it again. Although more great products are coming out like the SG 5 (tempted in getting it) I'm going to stick with the SG III. Never had a complaint and have gotten many people switch over from apple to samsung because androids are the best!!
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

The biggest complaint that i have is in the bright sun the screen is hard to see.
But overall i like the phone, I will probably be upgrading to the S5 shortly.
