I've seen this phone reviewed as product of the year and fully endorse that award. I was between purchasing this phone and the iPhone 5. I could not be happier with my choice. Samsung knows how to appeal to the user who wants a high performing phone with flexibility for customization. I highly recommend this product.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: weak plastic back

Superb Smartphone, True King of the Androids!

This is, without question, the best phone I have ever owned. It is fast, smooth, elegant and fluid.
I was a long time HTC user, and was a little concerned about going to Samsung. Well, it was no problem whatsoever after reading so many positive reviews. Notto mention everything else I own is Samsung except my mobile device. There was basically zero learning curve. The features are cool and useful, but quite intuitive.
The facial recognition unlock is simply awesome! That, combined with the excellent voice command options and voice typing make this an extremely capable one-handed device for me.
The 4G hotspot works beautifully, and doesn't destroy my battery life, outstanding battery performance. Excellent for such a beast of a phone! It's a smartphone. It's not going to last 3 days. But, with moderate use, including calls, data, camera, hotspot, etc., it easily makes it through the day without hesitation.

Love this phone!

Love the Galaxy S III. Been an android user for a while, but this phone tales things to the next level. Love how large the screen is, and how responsive the touch screen is. The display is bright, and the phone is light, so it doesn't weigh down my purse and its not bulky.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: no hdmi

Just great, and more user-friendly than Iphone (IPhone has no button to "go back". You have to use the main button, close application, open another one..).
The phone has been working great and fast, super happy!

WOW. My Galaxy S3 is not only a smart phone, it doubles as a very powerful computer. Six month ago I would have said no way would I pay for a smart phone service. Then a few water cooler visits and some tv commercials later I have this galaxy 3S that I can,t put down.
Cons: Sleep depervation.

Great Smart Phone

We have been using it for about 6 months and it works great BUT we haven't tested it in a foreign country yet. The only thing that we or Verizon couldn't figure out is how to make "Combined Email" work so we don't use it. Combined Email works great on our Samsung Tablet but not so with the Smart Phone.
