Needs a better Antenna

Great phone outside.If im indoors reception drops tremendously.never had a problem with using any of my other phones at home. i have to leave this phone by the window to get any bars.

Gallaxy III was worth the wait

I had an original Gallaxy S Fantastic. It was over two years old, and only 3G and it still worked great. My daughter kept insisting I upgrade to 4G, but I couldn't bear the thought of a different phone. Then, my son joined my cell plan, and I shopped with him, and saw the Galaxy III was available. It works so much like the original Galaxy, but is so much faster - it was an easy decision.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy upgrade to 4g

On and off button should be located somewhere else. When you press the volume button up and down you also push the on and off button. Sometimes the screen shuts off when your on speaker and your trying to use the key pad. For the most part this is an awesome phone. Best I've ever had.

The phone operates very smoothly. No lag what so ever. On a previous phone that is all I experienced. And now the complete opposite.
Motion:
I have all of them enabled. The motion features are truly convenient and not just some gimmick. My favorite, while texting, making a call by moving to ear. Genius!

I love the ability to answer/reject call while I'm doing the dishes or a task that prevents me from answering the phone, The speakerphone works great. While in a call there is an option to increase the volume further than the in-call volume. Another neat feature Called : Increase volume in pocket. This raise the sound of incoming calls.

Battery:
Battery lasts all day. Of course by first disabling certain features. Phone is off the charger at 7:30 AM and on at 7:00 PM I have wi-fi on all day and text, surf the web, download apps.
