for what i paid for it, it was worth dealing with the small screen for the features and the value. id buy it again if i had it to do over.

I don't like having all the extra aps that I never use eating data. I want to download the ones I want.
Every time there is an update there are changes to the screen and sometimes it functions poorly. I have the settings to update manually and many times it updates anyway. My phone is only a year old and it doesn't keep a charge if I use it at all.
It also takes longer to charge.

I have to go to my front yard in view of the cell tower to get uninterrupted service. My brother has the same phone with Verizon and even when we're talking our calls keep breaking up and/or getting dropped.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Updates kill the function of this phone

I was very happy with the phone when it was new, each new update has made it less and less useful. Original maps worked great, now it is almost worthless. Contacts get corrupted and I have not bothered to fix them because every update does the same thing. So many bugs, crashes and slower and slower performance with every update. Also weird things like putting a new tab where it pops up right over the send button for text and other odd ideas - Like a really badly designed home layout the new features are so random it makes you laugh even though it is very irritating.
If it's not broken - Don't fix it!

A Good All-Around Phone

The Galaxy S3 is a good phone for someone on the go. The large screen and the many features and apps available make it ideal for all manner of work and play.

It's easy to use and attractive to see. The processing could be a little faster. Also phone calls are often dropping off due to where I live. Otherwise, it works great when in the city. If you live in an area with a good signal this would be a good choice for a phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Where I do like the size of this phone, the phone itself doesn't seem very quick. It is very hesitant and takes forever to even type out a text because of this. I do not recommend.
