Worst GPS ever

This is by far the worst GPS I have ever used. Constantly changing routes to who knows where. Tries to tell you to turn the wrong way on one way streets. If you are driving in an area that you are not familiar with, this GPS will get you completely lost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very often it fails to find an address with the full postal code entered. It also routed you to an wrong address even in urban area. The battery hardly hold any charge.

Larger screen makes viewing very easy. Many convenient features. Accurate mapping and clear instructions. Internal battery does not have long life, otherwise a Good product and good value. Very pleased with the Garmin Drivesmart.

Bought because I needed it for work (commercial driver) and in a new city and don't know my way around too well yet. Easy to use and has not really had a problem finding places and tells you what side of the road it is on when you arrive. Because I have a route that changes, I just add each stop I have made to the memory and can use the title on my list so when it comes up again I can just go through the list, simple easy. It also allows me to answer phone calls hands free. It also alerts you to speed changes and school zones even railroad crossing as well as lists the names of streets as you approach them. That is very handy for a person in a new town learning street names as my city uses names instead of numbers and has very many winded roads. You know which direction you are going and it also gives you an approximate time of arrival. Not to savy with a lot of the technologies but this unit is very easy to use and has so many features. Bottom line I love using it and would not start my day without it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
