Projector issues when using usb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought projector a week ago. When I use usb stick to enlarge my photo for drawing the image simply closes after a couple of minutes and goes back to image menu. I have to use remote to project image again and its a real pain. Is there a way to keep my photo displayed as long as I want? I have gone through the manual and there is nothing regarding this issue.

Projector issues when using usb

When using the usb to project a single photo for tracing the projector closes the image after 6 minutes and goes back to image menu. I have to keep using remote to reset it every time. Customer service had me send it to them for repair. I got it back 2 weeks later and the problem STILL persists. Absolutely NO change. The PH150G is NOT a good choice for projecting a single image for drawing, painting or tracing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
