This machine works great. It is a little slow but the prints are crisp and it does what it is supposed to do. I would definitely recommend it. As for the HP I bought, this one most definitely out does it and that was a new model where I had to exchange 4 units that did not work. They send refurbished ones even if yours was brand new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fast with some drawbacks

Paper tray will not stay inserted, low ink warning appears way to early and is annoying to constantly override. Prints fast and good quality. Fax reception doesnt seem to work?

Excellent Machine!

This all-in-one was a great purchase. The machine functioned perfectly right out of the box. I added it to my home network with no issues and the scan to apps is a great time saver. I would purchase this machine again. This is great for home office or small business use and it really is quiet.

Fast printing

I got this to replace an older Brother printer. This one prints much quicker than the old one. The interface is a much better as well. I print 11x17 pages on this. The tray would be better if it covered the entire page instead of leaving a couple of inches exposed, but the functionality is fine. I would recommend this printer.

I'm very pleased with the printer so far, easy to set up and operate, the scan and copy features are handy to use, and it should be very economical to operate. It is too soon to tell about the longevity of the printer, if it does not hold up then my five star rating would become a one star rating.

Best printer I've ever used

Crisp printed copy. Fast as advertised. Scanner starts immediately and permits moving between the flat bed and autodocument feeder in same job. Extremely quiet. Two sides scanning and copies really speeds the job.

double sided scanning great black only, Color quality of scan, copy, print seem faded and yellows appear almost brownish

Easy to connect and good print quality

The printer connects easily, and i can print directly from my phone with no issues.
The paper trays are a bit fussy, but overall good to have 2 trays.
