Best dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago. We had a challenge with some concealed damage during shipment which required a new unit. Once we got that straightened out then we were good to go. It did take some time to install and we would recommend that you sound proof it with the parts provided.
Great performing dishwasher! Awesome third rack. For top performance do the following: turn on your sink water and get it hot before running the dishwasher. Use the liquid rinse aid - this significantly helps with drying all plastic items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the same model that we purchased a few months ago, that would not keep running because of the door unlatching and shutting off. We had service come out twice to repair it without being able to fix the problem and was told that it was either installed wrong or damaged before install.
The replacement unit is no comparison to the first unit. It is so smooth in operation and the door actually latches tight. We are so glad that when asked whether we wanted to repair it or replace it, we chose to replace!!!!
This new unit works great! Hope that it stays this way forever and at this point we see no reason that it won't!!!

However, we have been extremely pleased at all of its bells and whistles, on top of the standard features that are unbeatable. It is extremely roomy, quiet, and efficient. We love the third row for silverware & how the racks can move up or down.
