Great Work and Play Monitor

The size and clarity provide an excellent canvas for my work both as a teacher and an engineer. The ability to snap a different window into each corner, all with plenty of space to work in is fantastic. Brightness is fantastic, sometimes way too bright (of course it can be easily adjusted). Color accuracy and viewing angles aren't the greatest (as with any TN panel) but response times are excellent. Overall a great monitor for work and play, so long as you have a beefy GPU and color accuracy isn't needed for work.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, fast response time
Cons: poor color accuracy, average viewing angles
I would recommend this to a friend!

Holy monitor stand batman

First of all, I would buy this monitor again. Second of all, I have no problem with the TN panel.
However, the stock monitor stand is every bit as bad as people say. To add insult to injury the VESA mount is at the top of the monitor, which:
1. Makes it hard to line up with you other monitors if you have a dual monitor stand.
2. Makes it hard to get the monitor high enough in some applications, potentially negatively affecting ergonomics.

Digital display port doesn't work

Other than the digital display port not working, it's a fine monitor. Just got it back from Samsung for repair and the digital display port still does not work.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing low budget 4k monitor for gaming and work but the stand is terrible. It is very shaky but aslong you dont shake you table you should be fine. Currently using for my Xbox One X and works great. You get pretty much everything you would get with a high end monitor!

The vesa mount needs to be lower

I am loving this monitor. I upgraded from a 1080p 60 hz monitor and its just stunning. My only complaint is the placement of the vesa mount holes. Because they are placed at the top of the monitor, the arm I was using only held the monitor 1 inch above the desk when fully extended. Other than this, I can easily say that this monitor was the best purchase I've ever made.

Color reproduction is not great

I put it alongside a factory-calibrated Dell monitor and still can't make colors look even a little decent, which is really inconvenient in dual-monitor setup when you see the difference a few times every minute.
Did not had such problem with Samsung's laptop UHD panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the vesa mount not being in the center is really making life difficult. i wish i could rotate it properly by having the axis in the center but now it has to go all the way around. and the arm also shows from the top, looks ugly.
i absolutely love this monitor but vesa experience makes it a deal-breaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
