Great color and Clarity

Bought this monitor March 24 because it was detailed as equipped with internal speakers. Very easy to hookup and setup was auto play. The picture quality and graphics are excellent. Spreadsheets, which I use daily, are now a joy to work with due to the large screen. If you are into photography, picture editing is a breeze.
To date I have not figured out how to activate the speakers, I believe this monitor does not come equipped with internal speakers. Would have returned the monitor, but the picture was so good, decided to keep it.
All who see the monitor comment on the color brightness and clarity?
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great large monitor for reasonable price

I purchased this to do data processing and process mapping on at my home office. This monitor works very well. Has good resolution even when I am only about 30" from the screen, it is still clear and easy to read.
Pros: Inexpensive

Just Starting - Confusing

Considerable confusion on the initial Monitor set up. Box only had a D-Sub / VGA cable which will not "work" with my new PC. Had to go buy the required HDMI. Added expense. The "box" does not have any "contents" information -- either on the outside OR the inside. The Quick Setup Guide is OK on how to connect the base -- but -- very WEAK on Monitor to PC set up -- and - totally incoherent on the function of that WEIRD and POORLY LOCATED "on / off" / "Dome Type JOG Button. Separate and simple "on / off" button plus separate button for "function" controls would be better. Even the simple "on / off" function is weird. A constant "blinking blue light after you shut the monitor down is very annoying. What's wrong with a simple "light on" while "on" and "no light" for "off"? LAST THING --- I assume that I will get used to these issues -- maybe when I finally download a manual. NOTE: Even the "review" instructions need improvements: Tell me UPFRONT what the requirements are for each field -- such as "Nickname" -- cannot contain SPACES, or SPEACIAL CHARACTERS.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive
Cons: on / off / controls cumbersome, wrong cable supplied

Text is very blurry

I got this monitor about two months ago and found that the text was unclear at that time. However, I put this issue away and didn't complain.
Recently I have got a new computer and connect this monitor to it, and cannot be annoyed any more with such blurry text and must come here to complain.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
