Thermal Throttling

This is ridiculously slow, it hot up very quick and stop even when copying small files. DO NOT BUY, this is even worse that my Ultra 3.0 drive bought several years ago!

Don't buy - write speeds are horrible

150 MB/sec? All it did for me, backing up 10.5 GB of small folders/files, was 1 MB/sec. And the warranty - they wouldn't send replacements unless I mailed them the bad drives first, which means I would lose my all-important backups.

Not to trust

Mechanical design OK. Fast read speed.
But Sandisk forgot to tell that the write speed - up to 150MB/s - only can be achieved on platforms supporting UASP.
It's an expensive flash drive, when providing USB2.0 write speeds only.
Go for Lexar P30's instead.
