HAVE USED FOR MANY YEARS

LOVE THIS TOOTHBRUSH! I HOPE TO FIND A NEW ONE IN A STORE BY ME. I'VE HAVE THREE OF THESE. It's not difficult to change the brush. The new brushes can be purchased at many locations...drug stores ,etc. The brush replacements come with a plastic piece the helps remove the brush from the unit

Confused
on April 3, 2014

While I like brushing with this toothbrush I found it difficult to figure it out. The battery placement confused me since I did not see the little arrow by the X at first and put the battery in the wrong way. Also I did not realize that the small button was to turn it off. Simple instructions on the package may not be a bad idea.

Wasteful

Decent battery-operated toothbrush.
But it is almost laughable that a "tool" is included with the replacement heads...which is needed to remove the old head.
Huh?
So, instead of having a head which slips off like, I dunno, 99% of all electric toothbrushes ever made, this one needs a special tool to remove the old head.
Which begs the obvious question which even a small child might ask....why not just have a button or tab to press, which releases the old head?
That would reduce waste, eliminate the fabrication of these tools which must be included with every single replacement head, and also it would reduce the size and cost of the replacement heads.
An incredibly odd decision to manufacture a toothbrush system which needs specialty tools to use.

There was no tool in package to remove head. Why, I don't know, but without it changing heads is difficult if not impossible.

Nice toothbush

This is a great tooth bush. Their only a few reason why I did not give it higher stars. I replaced the tooth and found tooth paste behind where the tooth head sits , not a big deal just going to have to get in their and clean every once in a while . the new toothbush should come with 2 replace but not a big deal. So far been using it for 2 months it been great . One pro tip people stop buy higher price products they are basically the same once You add rechargeable batteries in them and recharge the battery when need . also it has different head type but that ok with me .
Pros: Quality, Durability
I would recommend this to a friend!

Favorite toothbrush

Works well, the bristles actually move rather than just vibrate, battery is easy to change without a tool. Toothbrush also lays on counter upright which makes it easy to add toothpaste to for a one handed person. Hopefully this product will continue to be available.
