I do not think you can go wrong with an oral-b electric toothbrush/head. You get alot more plaque/tarta from your teeth then a manual brush head. It much improves your dental hygen and is better for your teeth and gums.

This is a great brush. It might sound daft but it keeps your teeth cleaner for longer. It gets in to the bits that a manual toothbrush can't get to.

these work well and if u spend the 2 mins each time to clean ur teeth, it does a good job.
i also found if u hold a bit firmer with a whitening paste, u do get a v good result
