the brush heads do give an amazing feel to your teeth once you use them, but they are expensive compared to other toothbrushes

Try this and you would never want to go back to ordinary toothbrushes. Your mouth just feels great. If you haven't used an electric toothbrush before it may take a few goes before you feel comfortable, but then it's just great.
