Effective for even small hair

I bought this around 2 years ago and still using it. However the hair come back fast. Also it has started making some sound while running. Rest the product is good with long cable. Works better without massage rollers

This product is not what’s shows online. It’s so slow and leaves so much hair after. Do not recommend at all.

That definitely isn't the experience we'd expect you to have with our epilatr, Amanda! Please give these tips a try and call us at (800) 272-8611 to let us know how they worked for you.
-Hairs are easiest and most comfortable to remove when they are between 2-5mm long.
-Try not to apply too much pressure.
-Have a bath or a shower before epilating. This helps make the hairs easier to remove.
-Epilate slowly. It should take about 15 minutes per leg.

Does not hold a charge.

Does not hold a charge! Will not recommend this unit. There are other products out there that do not require you to sit on an outlet to shave. Very disappointed. Did not even read the box because I didn’t think a company would make a product that requires the shaver to be plugged in. Men’s razors don’t have to be plugged in to use it. A waste of my money!

I have been using this every month for last 8 years, and still its working good. The steel cover on top of shaver is broken suddenly, I don't know how. But its after 8 years, so I am sure its normal wear and tear. But overall the product is great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this on my legs first, i was a little scared it would hurt but it didn't, just felt like a little tapping. To get my legs hair free I had to move it over the same spot up and down and side to side, but it didn't take that long, it's definitely worth it to have non stubbly legs. I like this much better than shaving! I was most impressed when I used it for my underarms it was fast and smooth, it gave me an instance of discomfort but it wasn't bad, at all. This is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has multiple heads so you can epilate, trim, or shave. It even has a light so you can see what you need to shave. I like that it also plugs in so you always have consistent power. You don't have to worry about batteries dying or having batteries in hand. Great product.
