[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These "He" washer and dryer are great. We have been holding off, but are glad that we got them. The washer doesn't use a lot of water or soap. However, your clothes will come clean. The dryer is near silent and dry clothes pretty quick. Advice - Read the manual first before you operate. We did and the transition was easy. We had an old washer and dryer from the 1990s, so some of the controls you are use to won't be there. (e.g. you don't set the water level, the washer "senses" the load to determine the amount of water.) Thanks LG, great products.

Can fit heavy loads and I no longer have to take my sheets and comforters to the laundermat. I absolutely love it! Could not as for more

Very large dryer, like easy load door. I feel that the cooling cycle at the end of each load prevents close from drying completely and I always have to ask more time. Steam feature dumps a lot of water into dryer. Unable to get Wi-Fi to connect. Would be good to be notified when cycle is complete since tone It’s not heard very well.

Altogether different controls than my last microwave, so there is quite a large learning curve.
The meat defrost function works well.
Because of the fact my old one was 1200 and this is 1000, it's a bit longer to heat up.
Guess I just need to get used to it.
