I was given the whole set up, but it was missing an amplifier and power cord. I called Antenna Direct and spoke with a very accommodating salesperson, who directed me their website. Th
e amplifier/power cord arrived in a timely fashion. We were able to set up and get started easily. My only complaint was we aren't getting anywhere the number of channels that are shown. It might possibly be our physical location that is the problem though.

In combination with a C4 antenna, reception was greatly improved at our cottage in rural Michigan. Went from 46 to 62 channels with less pixelation. Finally can get a PBS station. I’m Pleased with the result.

I got this product based on my hunch since I have a TV that had a long run from splitter so expected signal loss. I was right and I barely was getting a signal compared to my other TVs. I installed this product and it was great - same channels on this TV as all the others
