Haier chest freezer

We've had over 2 years and has been amazing, it's quiet, freezer is excellent, price was great too. Never had any problems with it, a great little freezer
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good product

I bought this in 08/2017 and it's dead already..the light is still on but it's not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Joy22- We are so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your freezer. We can understand how frustrating this is for you and your family. If you haven't already, please unplug the freezer for at least 5 minutes to reset the electronics. Then restore power and allow a couple hours for it to start cooling again.
