For a while now, I've wanted a convection oven but because of the price it was not accessible to me. This oven was in my budget and finally I was able to purchase it. I baked delicious sweets for my kids and oven fried chicken wings for myself. Thank u for making this quality product affordable.

Horrible!

I had replaced a working 20 yo wall oven with this as I was having a full kitchen redo. Rarely use the oven and after 2 years (of course just out of warranty) I hear a loud "pop" and it's dead, threw the circuit breaker as well. Restored the breaker but still dead! Piece of junk.

Small oven, but it fit the available space

I like the oven, the controls are a little two sensitive, you try to turn up the temperature from say 350 to 375 and the next thing you know it set on 500. The controls react erratically.

I got the oven but it will not self clean, very unprofessional.

Horrible experience

I have not have this oven long, I already didn't like the fact I can't read the panel because it's so dark, but the oven LOCKS without even touching the lock button and WILL NOT UNLOCK! I have potatoes in there that will probably rot. I am very unhappy about the lock button not responding. I want someone out here to fix this problem. I called the 877 number but no one there to help with the problem because they are closed. So aggravated!!!!!!i

We ordered on line once we got it and installed it was way too small couldn’t get a cookie sheet in it.
