I was excited to use my crockpot. I got it and it has a huge dent in the front.. very disappointed. I bought it to entertain, now at my mother-in-laws funeral, it looks terrible

Purchased a few weeks ago, the only disadvantage would be that the main crock is a bit small, great for 2-4 people, but not larger families

I love the idea of this but the lid does not seal well. I put a towel over the larger pot to seal in the heat. I've emailed pictures and a video of the lid moving, but not heard back.
