I bought this over a month ago and I think I've used it more than my actual pots and pans. As a Mom of 4, this makes meals so much easier to cook. I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a lifesaver for me and my family! I am a busy mom, who likes to have nutritional meals with variety. I do not have a lot of time to prepare meals, so this swing & serve crockpot cooks an entire meal in one shot! It is very easy to clean the inserts and the lids afterwards. I don't know how we ever lived without it!

Doesn't hold up - disappointed

Bought this 3 months ago. Within one day of use the left top lid holder crumbled away. Both top lids screws came lose - one after a month and the other just yesterday - and we'll had to be dug out of food. Lids do not stay put.
The top crocks should have been a little higher of the bottom one to keep lids on.
Wish you could leave ladles in with a cut out in the lids.
It keeps the heat and the space saving option is amazing. It's just the overall quality that unfortunately lacks. I was so excited to receive it and use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first sight I thought this was so strange looking, isn't this the truth with anything new? After playing with this product and using it I decided it was going to be of great help during the Holidays! I give this product 5 stars and would recommend it to others. I received this product as a sample to review and while I was first skeptical I ended up liking it very much!

My husband found this offered for a great price online...so we decided to order one for ourselves and then decided to order two more for Christmas gifts. It has proven to be a great addition to our kitchen!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to receive it. It's the perfect size for small meals and I can due a ful meal using just the swing crock pot. It's a 3 in one that can feed a family of four with ease. Each pot has it's own controls which makes cooking much easier. It's worth the cost to get one and I'm glad I made this purchase.

Thank you for your review. The Swing and Serve™ is more versatile than some might think, but it sounds like you've already familiarized yourself with the ins and outs of it. I'm happy to hear you're using it to its fullest potential.

CROCK LID

I RECEIVED A SWING AND SERVE CROCK POT FOR CHRISTMAS AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME. DECIDED TO
TRY IT BEFORE I THREW THE BOX AWAY AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I HAD SOUP IN THE CROCK FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF AND IT WASN'T EVEN HOT. CROCK POT WAS HOT, BUT NOT FOOD. FINALLY REALIZED WHY. IT WAS BECAUSE THE LID DOESN'T NOT FIT CORRECTLY. JUGGLES BACK AND FORTH AND DOES NOT FIT TIGHTLY AND THERE IS A PRETTY NICE SIZE GAP ON EITHER SIDE SO THE HEAT IS COMING OUT. I HAD A
CROCK POT ONCE BEFORE LIKE THAT AND THEN BOUGHT ONE THAT HAS
THE LOCKS ON THE SIDES AND THAT WORKS WONDERFULLY. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT WITH THIS ONE. WILL BE RETURNING IT.
SO DISAPPOINTED.

Response from crock-pot.comBy GregoryConsumer CareJanuary 20, 2017
Thank you for your review. The lid gap is normal and necessary to prevent too much pressure from building up. It does not effect the cooking time. The typical cook time for Crock-Pot® Slow Cookers to reach simmer point is 209°F:
Low: 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point
High: 3-4 hours to reach the simmer point

We're sorry to hear this has been your experience with your slow cooker. If this issue occurred through natural use (and not user error such as dropping the stoneware), we would encourage you to contact us using the link provided below for further assistance. Thank you.
