Ordered 30 A. Installed. Still got low toner message and bad print copy. Out of necessity, ordered new cartridge. Did not install yet. Out of town until 12.14. Will install then and let you know. Would appreciate if someone would get back. Would appreciate even more a credit for cartridge I ordered in November.

This review is not so much about the Toner cartridge but the annoying "Low Toner" pop-ups that started happening over 1,000 pages ago and which cartridge I am still using but it is time to change. Drop the alerts.
I bought the larger cartridge so I could change it less. I had problems from day one, my printer didn’t recognize it, and I had to turn it off and on several times before it did. A week later I got the automatic message that the toner was out. Impossible with a week old cartridge, especially a high yield cartridge that I had used to print out 3 or 4 jobs. Again I had to turn the printer off and on several times before it continued as normal.
Because this is a brand new printer (which was working fine on the previous factory shipped cartridge), and brand new cartridge, I am not able to discern at this point if it’s the cartridge or the printer or a combination of both.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
