[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it.
When I went to the tech support chat I learned about the door on the back of the printer.
That was not obvious but it allowed me to clear the jam. Also this saved me a trip of
lugging my printer to the computer store . Thank you !!

It is a really great in cartridge. It was made to go with my new printer. The problem with this is that it cost almost as much as the printer! Toner cartridges shouldn't cost that much.
