Incredible Smoker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unsure of what I would receive, but I was shocked as the product was incredible! It is a high quality smoker that will allow us to cook a variety of foods. The parts were all intact and it's great! I have not used it many times so far as I just got it, but it seems like it will work great!

Makes smoking meat easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smoker is very easy to setup and was super easy to use. Using a propane tank is much easier than trying to keep wood in there at just the right proportions/temperature. The push dial start/temperature adjust along with the large temperature gauge on the front makes this a cinch to use. If you search online/YouTube you can find lots of awesome tips and recipes. This thing can hold a lot of meat! (and vegetables too!) Very versatile! Love the food it makes and it looks great too.

Great Gas Smoker!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a charcoal kind of guy. Went out on a limb and got this gas smoker. All I can say is wow! It was easy assembly following the instructions. Smoked some baby back ribs on it. They turned out tender and juicy! It was easy to control the temperature which I have always had trouble doing with a charcoal smoker. All in all it is a great smoker would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a product that could hold a good sized turkey or a few trays of smoked salmon and deliver a cos instant smoke. The assembly was slightly more challenging than a children's toy but overall the directions were clear and helpful. The propane helped start the wood chips easily and I was able to control the amount of smoke delivered to my product. The adjustable shelves helped me really hone in the amount of flavor directed to the products. The heavy duty frame and door and temperature gauge were perfect and helpful in ensuring the best product. I would highly recommend this smoker to any serious food smoker.

Solid smoker, great value

well packaged and once together creates a good quality product. My only complaint is that the fasteners can be a little challenging to get out of the packaging. Power tools definitely make things go faster.
Step 2: Smoking. Smoker is easy to use and has lots of room for food. Takes some getting used to, but I assume that is the same for all smokers. Doors take a bit of adjustment to get to seal well, but overall the smoker is fairly intuitive to use and propane requires less intervention than wood or charcoal. Overall a good basic smoker.

Amazing Smoker!

We've owned several smokers in the past, but this was the perfect size! Our smoked meats came out tasting like we were at a BBQ restaurant!
