Like the direct electrical plug in to machine (no wire nuts), installation qucik and easy. Dishwasher living up to all the promotional--super quiet, faster wash (Speed60), and even water softener. Currently extremely pleased

Excellent dish washer

Needed repair on handle of dishwasher when I got in touch with a representative they immediately processed and sent part. Very pleased.

My old Bosch dishwasher seemed better at drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought 2 new Bosch 300 Series dishwashers: one front display and one top display. My old Bosch dishwaser cleaned the dishes great and dishes came out pretty dry except for some water on the bottoms of coffee cups and glasses. These newer dishwashers have left dishes wetter with rust like stains on the silverware. I guessed there may have been changes due to conserving energy or water or both, so tried different programmable settings to try making the dishes come out drier and less stained. Finally, had to buy Finish Jet Dry water conditioner and I am experiementing with the programmable settings and using the "extra dry" button to try to find a way to leave the dishes and silverware drier at the end of the wash cycle. It has been trial and error, but after a couple of months of different settings, I am finally starting to find the dishes drier and the silverware not as stained with water marks or rust like marks. Personal preference visually is the 300 Series with the display on the front of the door over the 2nd 300 Series we purchased with the display on the top of the door and a red light shining on the floor when the cycle is running. The adjustable middle rack feature is nice and has been used to adjust for different sizes of dishes. The top rack is nice for longer cooking utensils and sometimes for silverware. Found the longer cooking utensils don't work in the utensil holder on the bottom rack, since the rotating wash arm will hit them, thus they really must lie down on the middle or top racks. Once had an issue with the door not closing right, so the dishwasher would not start, but my wife opened the door toward the floor and used it as a lever to adjust the placement of the washer in its under counter spot, eventhough it was attached to the sides of the counters with metal brackets, and then the dishwasher worked as before. Don't really know how or why the door got out of alignment with the body of the dishwasher. Other than that, would next time seriously look at purchasing the 500 Series with the door that pops open at the end of the cycle for improved drying, or the 800 Series with improved drying if we can afford it. The designers put a light that shines on the floor during operation. Without this light we would not be aware that the machine is running. Very pleased
