Funky smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aways seems to have a bad smell inside. I've taken apart the filter and other components and cleaned them but the smell is still there. Everything looks clean. Don't know why it smells. Everything else is fine.

Hi Jose, thanks for bringing this to our attention and we’re sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues with your dishwasher. For any smell, you can try running a vinegar wash: Run an empty cycle, except for a cereal bowl on the upper rack, upright. Inside the bowl, you're going to put 8oz of white distilled vinegar and run the AUTO cycle. Once the cycle finishes, the smell should go away. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our 24/7 customer service team at 800-944-2904.

very pleased with this product. quiet and efficient. cleans well. We had one adjustment we had to learn with our schedule. Must open door shortly after end cycle to let the steam out or dishes and glasses will be wet if you let the sit. we use the scheduled timer so convient to open door in the AM and all was solved. Very happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The three racks are well designed, love the adjustable height of the middle rack. Machine cleans very well and quietly. But It is annoying that the dishes are still wet even with extra drying selected. Also, the cutout at the bottom / back edge is smaller than on older models, so installation can be complicated. Finally, the unit arrived with a dented top, so that the top tray would not open and close. There was no replacement in stock, but the dealer said this happens all the time, and I could probably bend it back into shape from the inside. Indeed, this worked fine, and the dealer gave me a discount. Fine, but at this price, can't the units be designed not to dent?

Good dishwasher awkward baskets.

Relatively quiet but you need to completely seal off the dishwasher (especially near the kick plate to maximize the quiet qualities. My main gripe is the racks. I pride myself on being able to efficiently load any dishwasher but this one gives me a hard time.
