inferior for the money

machine is loud, doesn't handle wine glasses and sometimes does not get the dishes clean.

This was brand new when I moved into my home and it has worked wonderfully. It left my dishes wet in the beginning, but then I read the instructions and added a rinse agent. Dry as a whistle!

Lots of great but 2 not so great features.

Looks great. Cleans great. Great for smaller openings. But the racks are deep but tiny. 1/3 smaller than my old unit. Also, dry feature doesn't dry worth anything. Even after sitting for 24 hours. Make sure you have a towel handy.

The racks are very difficult to arrange items in.

Nothing would be wrong with this model if the racks had been designed to hold your dirty dishes, glassware and bowls.

CAUTION NOT ADA COMPLIANT

Bought the dw for a ADA renovation and the height mentioned on the specs is not correct. The real height is about 1 1/2 inches higher and makes the countertop 1/2" higher than the allowed 34" for ADA compliance.
