not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement frig after 8 service calls for our first one failed to fix the problem. Then of course the replacement had to be fixed 1 month after purchase. UGH !!!

Love the design and brand but Ice maker is bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for two months and the icemaker has quit working twice already. I love the design and I love my other Electrolux appliances but the icemaker is really a problem :(

Touchy refrig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrig is replacing another Electrolux refrig which failed to keep things cold after multiple repairs. This refrig on the other hand will freeze things in the back unless you keep everything away from the sides. Now tell me, how realistic is that.. Whoever designed the refrigerator did not live in an average home where things do get pushed to the side even when trying to keep everything to the center.

beautiful but not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge has two persistent problems - the 'wave touch' is as lovable as Microsoft's clippy. It randomly goes into a cycle where it is beeping like it is being touched, but it isn't. The solution is to lockout the touch controls. The ice maker is, well, an ice maker. completely unreliable. It'll make ice for a few months, then just stop. I'll start buying ice at the gas station, and a month or so later, it will magically start working again. So 3 stars - I want to love this product, but there is a fine line between love and hate.

Regarding your ice maker matter, if the flow of water from the dispenser has gotten slower during the past several weeks, it may be time to change your water filter. An average family of 4 may typically need to replace the water filter every 4-6 months based on water and ice usage. States like Ohio, have hard or very hard water and therefore the filter may need changing more often. Great Refrigerator

I love the roominess of the refrigerator and especially thefreezer. The water dispenser is very nice and super easy to clean. The wine rack in quite useful. I highly recommend this product..
