Gift for Christmas and I'm loving it. I'm careful to cook on a lower heat and do not place in the dishwasher. It cooks evenly and no sticking!

Read the notes that come with the skillet. You do not need to cook with the highest heat setting on the stove. Works very well.

This is the third Cuisinart skillet I have purchased, each a different size, but each one lives up to the Cuisinart name! I have three other Cuisinart cooking pans, purchased at various times over the past 25 plus years, and each is still in great shape. If I ever need another pot or pan, Cuisinart will be the first brand I look at.

Great product. Very heavy-duty and it is very easy to clean.I like that it has a lid. Most large skillets do not come with one. Only need a matching ten inch.

I love this pan because I can cook an omelette in it and it does not stick! I have a Calphalon skillet like this one that lost its nonstick properties without having a scratch on it. The manufacturer would not even answer my questions. So I researched a bit and decided on this pan. I love it so far. It's not quite as heavy as the Calphalon but I didn't buy it for a restaurant. Buy one. You will not be disappointed.

I have used this very sturdy pan when cooking large portions of a dinner meal. Not only is it easy to use, but attractive to set on the table. It easy to clean and any leftover food washes away easily.
