Nice compact blood pressure monitor for home use

I received a free Philips blood pressure monitor to try and use in exchange for a review. I had never used a blood pressure monitor before, but it was easy to figure out. You should have no problems if someone was helping you, but it was a little awkward trying to use it on myself because the monitor is top heavy and kept wanting to slide to the side or bottom of my arm when I was trying to tighten the sleeve. After I tightened the sleeve, I usually had to adjust the monitor back to the top of my arm, but after a few tries I got the hang of it. The monitor has a rechargeable battery which is nice and it folds up pretty small for storage or travel. The monitor gives you a digital reading of your blood pressure and pulse in about 30 seconds and has a backlit display so it's easy to see the numbers. One feature it does not have that I wish it did, is that it does not show you the last reading when you turn it on. It does store the data but you have to sync with the Philips Health app on your mobile device in order to retrieve it. The Health app is nice though if you need to keep track of your blood pressure. You can store information for 2 users or you can select the guest user for someone else without worrying about messing up your data history. Overall, I like the Philips blood pressure monitor and would recommend it to anyone who is needing one.

Very Easy to Use

I was given the Philips Connected Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor to review. Overall this is a great product. It does need time to charge when you first take it out of the box. The monitor can be used alone or you can link it to your smart phone with the Philips Healthcare Suite app available on Google Play. The Blood Pressure Cuff was very easy to use and fit both a skinny arm (under 95 lb) and a plus size arm (250 lb) easily. Linking to the app was easy. When I compared the reading to another blood pressure cuff, the two cuffs were fairly close to one another.
Pros: links easily to phone
Cons: had to wait a short while before use to charge

Easy & Accurate

I received a free sample of this product in exchange for my honest review. Overall, the Philips Blood Pressure Monitor is a great product -accurate and easy to use. I downloaded the free Philips HealthSuite App to use with it and my other compatible products. I had no problems pairing the device using the Bluetooth feature on my phone. The app offers tracking and many other features, but you can use the product without using the app. It`s nice to be able to look back on previous readings for comparison.
The product itself is a nice size, easy to handle and compact enough to easily tuck in a purse or keep in a drawer. It has a soft velcro closure that expands nicely to fit both my husband and myself comfortably. I had my daughter, a nurse, take my blood pressure using her cuff and stethoscope to test the accuracy of the Philips monitor. It was consistently very accurate. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to read while on your arm with the product`s digital readout facing down while on your arm. I will using this product routinely for myself and my husband for many years. This product is worth the money. I would highly recommend it!

Easily track your blood pressure

I received a free sample of this product in exchange for my honest feedback on the product. The blood pressure monitor came with a charging plug and a detailed instruction sheet. It took me a while to figure out how to get it to charge, but once I did, it worked well. The instructions are fairly clear, but it would be helpful to have better diagrams and/or actual photos, as it took me a little bit of trial and error to get the cuff properly positioned on my arm the first time.
Using the monitor is comfortable and quick, once you have it on correctly. You can sync it via Bluetooth to the free downloadable Philips Health App, which stores your data and lets to see how your readings trend over time, which would be helpful if you were monitoring your blood pressure regularly. It features a 'guest' mode so that others can use it without storing data to your records as well.
It seems to be well made and it's compact and easy to store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is easy to use and modern

I received a free sample of the Phillips upper arm blood pressure monitor for providing an open and honest review of the product. My overall impressions of the monitor are good. The first time I used the monitor it felt heavy and bulky compared to an older monitor I was used to. This was due to the monitor being mounted on the arm cuff, which is a unique feature this device has. However, as I continued to use this product, it felt more confortable and natural. The unit is quiet while in cycle and the cuff is of good quality. I particularly like the wireless feature of recording the results automatically. After downloading the Phillips HealthSuite health app on my phone and easily syncing the device, I was able to track my blood pressure readings. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone having to monitor his or her blood pressure like me. This monitor is definitely superior to any other that I have used.

Easy to use Blood Pressure Monitor Bluetooth

I love this blood pressure cuff, I should say I received it free to try out and review. It was super easy to use and hookup to my app and Bluetooth. I had it going within 5 minutes. Love that I can have more than one profile to upload to so that I can track more than one person in our family.
Pros: easy to use, easy to set up

Great product easy to use -

First, i received this product free in exchange for an honest review of the product. It is small and stores easily- the set up and app is simple to use even for someone who is not completely comfortable with apps etc.(me)
I like that you can add another person and have a log of their BP and pulse also- in case you have an elderly parent and the doctor needs to see some BP over a few days-and there it is easily stored on your phone, once you have downloaded the health app.
i do have to say its hard to read the numbers when the unit is on arm but it syncs to your phone so you can just read it there!
I would recommend this product to someone keeping an eye on their BP regularly or someone who just checks it once in awhile because its so easy to use.

Finally, a reading I can trust

I received this product as a free sample to try. The last time I had a home BP monitor was years ago and the Philips BP monitor is quite an improvement. It is easy to use on yourself and I feel the readings are very accurate. It does take a while for the cuff to expand, but I did not find it intolerable. I'm glad to finally have a way to accurately monitor my blood pressure at home. It seems to be a well made product.
