I don't do a lot of online buying and was very impressed with quality if the ceiling fan. Would definitely buy frim Lamps Plus again.

What a headache!

I bought this fan with high hopes as some of the comparable styles are much more expensive. But, it is true... You get what you pay for!
There is no argument about good design and affordability. BUT their app is horrible and it will not connect to our home wifi no matter what. I read tons of forums and blogs, tried all the tips and tricks but nothing worked. A 1.3-star rating on the App Store is a big tell! (this is a very well-known issue with Hunter fans)
I called customer service, I was happy that they have a dedicated extension for their App support but after waiting for almost an hour, they put you to regular reps. Reps are nice and courteous but they do not have any technical savvy.
I called multiple times and one of the reps admitted that they do not have any live support for APP problems which are well known. They just collect your information and send an email to a group somewhere that doesn't have live support so you can never talk to their technical people live, ever!
Since I bought a wifi fan for home automation, I'll be returning this fan. Hunter Fans Co. should be ashamed of putting such an unreliable and problematic device on the market. This is not an "Easy to connect wifi fan" at all!!!
