I have had other wine fridges that have worked okay when it comes to cooling. However, this one works so well - i love that it tells me the temperature inside so i can adjust the cooling if I need to. it's also sleek and fits really nicely into my home! Bonus points that it has a larger rack on the bottom which fits my champagne bottles and Burgundy bottles!

I've owned two other wine wine coolers previously and this New Air 19 bottle Wine Cooler is the best by far! I love the wood shelves and the slats are wide enough so that bottles don't fall through which I've had happen with other coolers. It can also be free standing or built in which is great. It's design is upscale and sleek. It is also extremely quiet and has a digital adjustable temperature as well as a good lock with two keys. I'm very happy with my new wine cooler and would recommend it to others.
Works well so far. Operation is quiet. It chills well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek and great for holiday gatherings

I plan to use this product for gatherings. Currently the unit is located in my dining room with our beverages keeping chill. I think this unit as a freestanding unit stands too tall compared to other table heights, but I do understand its dual purposes.

The idea of Customer Service can be experienced at many levels. Recently I experienced it at its absolute best. These a great people with great products and they back the quality all the way. I purchased the 19 bottle wine cooler to replace a 12" inch wide trash compactor that is now all but obsolete. It was the perfect solution. I had some questions so I called and and was pleasantly surprised to speak with a very knowledgeable support agent who was very happy to assist me with my concerns. She was truly pleasant and an absolute mission statement grade frontline contact. So, many thanks for your help and wish for your continued success.

The perfect gift for any wine lover!

I received this wine cooler over a month ago, and have loved it from the moment I received it. This wine cooler is the perfect way to quickly chill my wine, and is also the perfect place to store up to 19 bottles with no problem at all. I love it! It's compact, quiet and convenient.... I highly recommend this wine cooler.

Poorly engineered product

Bought the 12" built in wine cooler. Unit is much louder when compressor kicks in compared to an in-laws wine cooler. Could live with the noise, but not the design. (1) Not sure how they fit 19 bottles in, but we cant get near that many 'regular' wine bottles but that is just an inconvenience. (2) Came home and unit was leaking water. Contact customer support and the built-in unit has a rear reservoir that is accessed by removing a panel on the back of the unit. There is no 'alarm' that the reservoir is near over flowing. So the options are (1) regularly pull the unit, remove the panel to check water level, or (2) roll the dice and hope the reservoir doesnt overflow. We have hardwood floors and neither are a good option. Who thought it was a good idea to put the reservoir in the back of a built in unit without any type of notification. Very poor design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
