Thanksgiving turkey a great success!

Amazing Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a house that didn't have an oven and so we got this installed under the counter and I absolutely love it! It pre-heats fast, has great accessories (wracks, oven light is bright and probe) cooks the food perfectly, and I love the convection feature for baking goodies. The easy shut door is a fabulous feature I now cant live without. The only weird thing I have experienced is that if I do not have the panel on lock mode, the oven starts beeping at me randomly and puts a heat power at ready (basically like it wants me to cook in it and all I would need to do it press enter) I don't like that because with kids walking around at their level, that could be dangerous. I keep it on lock mode and that seems to keep it silent. All in all I love this oven!! It is great and I would recommend it to others!

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this oven for about 9 mos. now and we absolutely love It. It's beautifully made, the shelves in the oven are sturdy and easy to maneuver. we redid our kitchen and decided on all Bosch products. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a tremendous amount of research and homework deciding what kitchen appliances to purchase and feel we made a great choice with the Bosch Benchmark series! Remodeling a kitchen is a very involed process with many choices to be made on cabinets countertop,etc... but certainly the most important ( and therefor most dificult ) is the heart if the kitchen... the Oven and cooktop. We couldn't be happier with chosing Bosch. The oven has smooth clean lines and all of the functions we were looking for. Homemade pizza was our first cook in the new oven and they came out PERFECTLY thanks to the convection funtion and precise temp control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cooling fan too loud

We have two of these wall ovens for just over two years. They work great with no reliability concerns. But, I absolutely HATE how loud the cooling fan is. It stays on I think for about 10 minutes after the oven is turned off. This is incredibly annoying since we eat dinner in the kitchen. I noticed while at a relatives house that their wall oven of a different brand has a very quite fan that was barely noticeable. I wish I had read a review that informed me of this annoying aspect of this oven before we bought two of them. If I had known this, I would have not bought these. Since all our appliances are the same brand, I would have chosen a different brand for all of our appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Benchmark Built In Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this oven. For the holidays we used the Probe feature to roast a turkey and then a tenderloin. They came out to perfection and the probe was so easy to use. Makes me a better cook!

Worst Oven ever!

This is simply the worst appliance I've owned. Immediately after purchase the control panel failed. It was replaced. A few months later, also luckily in the warranty period the control panel failed again. This time the oven mode buttons stopped working. The control panel was replaced a second time. 11 months later exactly the same problem. The control panel has failed again. If I could go back in time I would not buy Bosch. I will never purchase another Bosch product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
