Love It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the the Bosch Benchmark double ovens in December to replace my 15 year old GE Monogram. So far so good, I love the ovens. The temp setting is accurate but I still have a learning curve because my old ovens baked really hot and the adjustment notes I have made on my recipes are no longer accurate. The oven controls are so user friendly, love the self closing doors, the probe is easy to use and very accurate. The oven cavity is much larger than what I previously had-the shelves slide easily and are easy to adjust. Great oven!

Constant repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this oven for six years. I've had the repair man here six or seven times. The probe fails time and time again. The "mother board" has been replace, the jack for the probe has been changed and worked for a few months. Now , for the first time, I get an error code E122 which an online website says it's a "shorted touch pad"! This oven was a small fortunre, for an oven, and I've had it!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst appliance in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven in 2019 assuming the Bosch brand would build a good oven. We have had to have it repaired every year since. We have had to continually replace temperature sensors and computer boards. When they fail, the oven locks itself (with our food inside!) turns off, and blows the fan on high until we throw the breaker to turn it off. Despite all these replacement parts, no repair has lasted longer than 12 months. We have spent more on repairs than the price of this oven!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not "Built for Life"

We remodeled our kitchen three years ago, and purchased brand new Bosch appliances, including this double wall oven. Three years later, after routine use, this oven is going to cost us more money in repairs, labor, and installation because the fan no longer cools the oven. There is also a potential we may need to replace the circuit board if the fan replacement does not work. We purchased Bosch based on positive online reviews, which is what has compeled me to write this honest review for others doing the same research we did. We were happy with the oven to date, but extremely disappointed now that a very basic component has failed and will cost us more money. I guess Bosch's motto "Built for Life" means a "life" of three years or less.

Telescopic rack, a must!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has met every expectation. It insulates heat well which keeps my kitchen much cooler. The digital display is simple once you've played around with it for a bit. And my favorite part is the telescopic rack. I used to burn myself so often. Not on the dish but on the oven itself, especially when concentrating on lifting something heavy or with liquid. With this rack accessory, I feel much safer. Take it from an engineer's perspective, great idea.

Beautiful oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new double ovens! They are very quiet and cook very evenly. The controls are very user friendly and easy to use. And the big windows in the doors give you a great view of your food. The only thing that took a little getting used to was that the air vents at the top of the oven & not the bottom.

Elegant & Easy Double Ovens
