Short people can reach into the ovens!

Please improve your shipping containers.
The first set had the control panel damaged. Had to wait about 6 weeks to get the second set of double ovens.

The first set had the control panel damaged. Had to wait about 6 weeks to get the second set of double ovens.
Then we had to wait another 6 weeks until another set of doors could be sent and installed as they rattled, creaked and the glass was loose.
Looking forward to using them both!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this oven has lived up to my expectations. Side opening door and roll out middle rack are great. Haven't used all of the features yet but the ones I have used are awesome. Evwerything has turned out fantastic. My only complaint is the volume on the alarm on the oven. I have it set to high volume and if you are over 3 feet from the oven you cannot hear it. I have to use the timer on my micro wave.

Why didn't anyone think of this before?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side-hinged doors should have been on ovens a long time ago. Partucularly for short people, this enables the cook to reach into the oven without risking burns. The oven controls are excellent, the performance excellent.

Side oven opening door

Not only is it nice looking, the side opening door means I do not have to reach over a hot oven door to remove whatever I am cooking/baking. Genius! I only ask, why did it take so long for this design. I love it!
