Benchmark Double Wall Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my double oven. I have wanted one for 22 years. When we did the remodel, we knew we wanted Bosch products. The oven works really well in regular oven mode or in convection. I only have 3 small...minor compliants. 1.) You cannot turn on the oven lights in just one of the ovens. They are both on or both off.
2.) After using, there is an exhaust fan that runs to cool down the unit. The fan is louder than I would like but I am also sensitive to sound. 3.) The timer is a pain in the butt to set...or else it's just the user that cannot get it straight. 4.) I haven't figured out how to change temperatures without turning the whole unit off then back on again but that is more user laziness than it is anything else! I need to read the user's manual.

These items are really minor in comparison to the way the product works. I do wish that you would just provide all pull out selves that have the easy pull feature.

Love these ovens!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had wanted double ovens for quite some time. I do a lot of baking for others, someof that being bread. I did a lot of research to find just what I was looking for.
When I found the Bosch Benchmark with the side swing doors, I knew they were the ones for me as I am short and the doors allow me to get closer to the oven and remove heavy items easier.
I also love the proofing mode for breads. I work with a lot of sourdough.
Used the probe for the first time at thanksgiving and my spatchcock turkey came out "perfect".
The learning curve is pretty easy and the controles are very streight forward.
I hope to use these ovens for many years to come.
My Aussie Stella fully approves!

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very pleased with the performance of this oven. I really like the side opening doors and it seems to bake evenly. The only glitch I've found so far is I set the time for 1 hour and 30 minutes and for some reason it just froze after 29 minutes.

Love Them!!! Bosch Double Ovens

Besides being sleek in design and the convenience of the side doors which make it very easy to remove food, these ovens heat to percesion it allows the oven to turn itself off with the oven timer(no more over baking if you forget).It also has a digital thermometer which allows for no more guess work, the meat is done to perfection. Excellent quality!

My New Double Oven

It looks beautiful in my kitchen and has been a real asset when cooking large batches of cookies or several different items at once. Well worth the money. If you love to cook, you will love this oven.
