Short people can reach into the ovens!

Please improve your shipping containers.
The first set had the control panel damaged. Had to wait about 6 weeks to get the second set of double ovens.

The first set had the control panel damaged. Had to wait about 6 weeks to get the second set of double ovens.
Then we had to wait another 6 weeks until another set of doors could be sent and installed as they rattled, creaked and the glass was loose.
Looking forward to using them both!

The side swinging doors are very solid and afford easy access to the ovens. Excellent design and quality.

Best oven I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had to buy a new oven after only 5 years with another brand. From day one the oven neverworked correctly. I did a lot of reasearch and chose the Bosch with the side open doors. My ovens sit high on the wall and I am just under 5'5". The side opening doors allows me to walk right up and pull things directly from the oven. There is no door to reach over. This is so much safer than before. I have used most of the settings with this oven and I can tell you it bakes, roast, and broils magnificently. No more uneven browning and over cooked food. I highly recommend following the instructions on rack placement and temperature and mode. If you do, your food will turn out perfectly. when I get a new appliance I find I miss something about the old one, but not this time. I use the oven every night and except for a bit of a learning curve, I have not been disappointed with the results. I highly recommend.
