Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the oven once, but so far I love it! I really like the side open door! I frequently burned myself on my old oven trying to reach over the door. This is perfect!! Can't wait to bake my bread today!!

Amazing oven

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's our first time buying a wall oven with a swing door and we just love it, no reaching over a door to get the item out of the oven. The only thing I wish it had was back light buttons. We've had it 5 years now and we are in the process of selling our current home and we will definitely go with the same wall oven again.

Under performing

Would give this a Zero star rating if we could. Been using this oven for 2 ½ years since completing our new house. Initially preheating took way too long, even in Fast Preheat mode. Had a service tech come out a month or two in. Some testing and adjustment was made but we experienced no real difference in preheat times. Over the past year, the oven has increasingly not gotten to set temperature or it does not keep to set temperature during use. We placed a stand alone thermometer in the oven to check temperature. Just now baking cookies, its set to 360 even though recipe calls for 350. Cookies have been in 35 minutes. Oven temperature hovering around 325.
The controls are much too sensitive to touch as the slightest inadvertent brush of the hand results in a beep and change. The controls also have no light so at times they are hard to read.
We would replace this oven if we could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New oven

I love it! After I mastered the controls, I have been baking pastries, Mac & cheese, meatloaf '& other wonderful things. A turkey is planned for Christmas.
