Good not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good, but not great, oven choice. Purchased specifically for the convect capability but this has been disappointing with an uneven bake. The usual adjustment of dropping the temperature down 25' is too cold for a proper bake. But dropping 15' and the temperature is too hot. I've tried about 6 times to find the sweet spot and have given up after burning edges or having a poor rise because the oven is too cold. Having said that, the Bake function is quite good. 3 stars because i bought a convect oven that doesn't have a useable convect feature, but the bake function is good enough
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Double Wall Ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these ovens to replace a GE Monogram oven that was no longer cost-effective to repair. Since I needed an oven, and the Bosch oven was one of only a few to fit in my cabinetry with immediate availability, I purchased it. It is a good oven, but the GE Monogram had more features. I used this oven for 8 months and discovered the oven timer was not working properly. After four service visits, replacing the board and control panel, Bosch agreed to replace the unit. The replacement authorization took an inordinate amount of time but the replacement oven was finally delivered nine months after the initial complaint was made. The new oven timer does not work either. All the service staff (on site and Bosch technical support personnel) indicated the problem is a software or circuit engineering issue. I would have thought that Bosch would fix it since I reportedly am not the only customer with the issue.
On the positive side, the oven temperatures are true, oven access is great since the doors open to the side and the control panel is relatively easy to use. The convection features work well too.
For an oven priced at $5000, you would think you would get a premium oven rack in each oven, but the unit is delivered with only one premium rack.

Absolutely Love

I LOVE my new double oven. The side opening doors are wonderful. I can open them all the way. The slide in and out rack is so nice. I used the delayed start and it worked amazingly. The probe helped with perfectly cooked medium rare roast.

Great double oven option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great double oven, especially for someone short. No doors to try and reach over. The oven cooks well and has a lot of cooking methods available. The telescopic rack is great for heavy items. I would highly recommend this oven.

Outstanding Baking Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I cannot say enough good things about the performance of this oven. I am a prolific home baker. This oven outperforms my former high end oven hands down. Cheesecakes, bars, muffins, cakes, breads, cookies and buns have all turned out with excellent results. The roast, proof and quick reheat funtions are also excellent features to have. The side swing doors work much better for heavy cast iron roasters and for cleaning the oven. This is the best oven I have every owned. Nothing beats a Bosch for baking!

She’s a beauty!

My 20 year old double oven broke. Now I have this new member of my kitchen and am delighted with the baking results....beautifully roasted beef, chicken and my latest, lamb.
Cakes come out of the oven with even color and the recipe's temperature and duration is now exactly on target.

Great oven

Very nice double oven. The controls are very intuitive and the oven works very well. We really like the swing door and the construction is solid.
I wish the fan that they use to cool the oven cavity around the outside of the oven ran with less speed and noise. It seems to blow a lot of air even when using the oven at normal 350 for example. I understand that it needs to run that fast if both ovens are at 450 on a hot summer day but they should have it multi-speed so it can be whisper quiet.
