Remarkable appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own the Bosch steam oven for 6 months and have been learning how to use it. At Thanksgiving we took a chance and cooked a 13 lb turkey in the steam oven following the Bosch instruction booklet. The turkey cooked in 75 minutes (!!!) and had crispy skin and juicy tender meat. We had a former professional chef with us and he was as amazed and pleased with the results as we were! The reheat function is fantastic... it warms the food, reconstitutes it to perfect texture, unlike the microwave, and gets things appropriately crispy. We reheated our leftover cornbread stuffing and turkey and it was PERFECT. This oven dramatically cuts down cooking time so you can throw a last minute meal together for surprise guests and cook something quickly and it’s delicious. I just used the plate warm function the other day and they were very warm but could still be handled without a mit. We are still learning how to use all the functions but we are so glad we purchased this oven. I only wish there were more cookbooks / recipes / instructions for this technology so we could really learn the ins and outs, because I’m guessing how to adjust my recipes’ cook times

Bosch Steam Oven makes the yummiest food!

When building our home I reached out to an appliance expert friend and asked what he would put in if it were his home. He without pause, said he'd swap out my double oven for a single oven plus steam oven. We use it ALL the time! For cakes, veggies, meat. We cooked the best prime rib we have ever had in the steam oven! DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!

Exceeds expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We added a Bosch convection steam oven to our renovated kitchen. Although smaller than most conventional ovens, the convection steam oven makes up for it in performance. So far everything we have cooed in the oven has come out quicker and tastes better. We are amazed at how you can cook several thins in the oven at the same time and the taste and smell of each item remains unique. Clean up is a breeze. Because of the steam nothing seems to stick. If you do have something dirty a pan all you have to do is steam it for several minutes and it gets as good as new. We cooked spare ribs last night and they were fall off the bone finger licking good. It is also nice to be able to steam things during this vivid 19 crisis. The steam should kill any germs

Great oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our new house with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen three months ago. It turns out this appliance is the one we used the most. The only draw back is cleaning. Little tip: After cooking, run the oven in Europ Convection mode for 7 min. to dry out the oven interior. I just use distil water to generate steam and leave the water tank in all the time which means the interior water reservoir is full all the time. This will prevent the reservoir dry out and develop stain spots. Give the interior a good clean with the steam clean and descale sysle, it is as new.

Initally, I was concerned about the size of the oven being too small. Ive been surprised how well everything fits in the space. I'm still learning how to cook various things in it but we have used it on a daily basis. Great product.... Happy user.
