Best stove I've ever owned!

Powerful electric range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is much faster and more powerful than any other electric range we've owned. The speed comes very close to gas.
We love the design, as well as the extended countertop for easy cleaning.
The only improvement we suggest would be to lighten up the panel to make it easier to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range functions well. The internal oven probe thermometer is a great feature. I have two problems with this unit. The glass top is very tough to keep free of smears, requiring multiple wipe downs, time comsuming. All cleaning directions are followed and it is cleaned after every use. The biggest challenge is seeing the control markings, they are small, like fine print for a senior citizen. This is a significant problem and I may replace the oven just over this.......

The kitchen timer can only be set for whole minutes , not 5 min 30 sec. I have a wall oven and microwave in this same Benchmark, and their kitchen timers only take whole min. Do the engineers know how to cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago and am reasonably happy with it for an electric range. I prefer gas but there is no gas on my street. I can't understand why you would provide a VHS tape for a use and care guide. I believe 99.9 % of people have a DVD players in this day and age. I don't think they even make VHS tapes anymore. You need to update this feature.
