Very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to try the De'Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer with Easy Clean Drain System as I loved fry foods. I didnt have to guess the oil temperature and it held temperature once reaching it very well. I was astonished by the lard feature being that's what I prefer. It melted on a low temp before bringing it up to cooking temp. The see through window let me keep a eye on the food without taking the risk of getting splashed. The spout at the bottom made for easy and mess free disposal of used oil and the fryer even let me know when it was time to change it. I loved that I could remove the heating element and easily wash all the pieces. The frying basket was big enough to fry for a family. My only dislike is that a hinge on the lid would keep me from removing the whole top and I would have preferred the outer casing to be secured together slightly better. This fryer does take a considerable amount of oil to fill it. On the whole this is a great family fryer and makes cooking fried foods easier.

Amazing little unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the De'Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer with Easy Clean Dreain System for the first time this weekend and I've gotta tell ya, I love it! It heats evenly and in turn my french fries and onion rings came out beautifully crisp just the way we like them! The only qualm I have with the unit is the buttons are a bit wobbly, it's not a major set back or turn off to the machine, just a slight annoyance. We do love the easy clean drain system, the spout on the unit does make it uber easy to drain the used oil and the subsequent warm soapy water after. It's a beautiful unit, perfect for table or countertop and I can't wait to try the other recipes I've found in addition to the usual fries and onion rings!

Really great deep fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DeLonghi deep fryer is a great deep fryer have been using it for about a week and half now and have made lots of different types of fried food in it. I have made French fries because my daughter loves French fries they were so crispy and good and not greasy at all. Also made some fried chicken strips and they were done so quickly and easily really crispy and good. Fried okra was cooked so fast and to perfection this deep fryer is great for frying anything. The clean up is a breeze because it has a drain system which is awesome. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because this thing is huge and takes up a lot of space. My kitchen is a moderate size but this takes up quite a bit of room. The good thing is that it cooks a lot of food at once. I would definitely recommend this product as long as you have the space for it. Deep fryer is great, easy to use, easy to clean, the only thing is that it is big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this fryer at least 4-5 times and have not had any issues with it. It's very easy to use and it cooks very fast. I've cooked fried chicken, french fries, fish, shrimp, etc, and everything came out amazing. It can hold a pretty good amount of food. It doesn't take too long to heat up to the temperature you're trying to reach. The drain system is an added plus because it makes cleaning up a lot easier. I'll be using this deep fryer at least weekly. Probably more often. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new deep fryer. This one will definitely do the job. And it looks very nice as well.
