[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has been a great upgrade from my previous dishwasher. My last one I would have to rewash a lot of items after the cycle because it just could not handle it. My new Maytag has taken care of that problem saving me time and money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major leakage issues

This item was purchased in May 2017. It worked great for the first 3 weeks. Since then we have had a repair person has been over 8 times. They have replaced gaskets, readjusted the height of the machine and we are still having leaks. I have seen similar complaints on store sites, sighting an issure with the upper rack. Hoping we dont have water damage like I have seen others experiencing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TERRIBLE

Originally purchased in Feb 2017. Started leaking and we called for service. They fixed something with the top rack, figuring that to be the issue (wasn't allowing door to seal completely?). Shortly after that it started leaking again. Early May our retailer graciously exchanged it for the same one (perhaps we got a "lemon"). Within a week, the same thing started happening AGAIN! We went with Maytag because of its reported reliability HOWEVER, there is now permanent water damage to our cabinets and we may be stuck with this product that clearly has issues. I have now read several reviews of people experiencing the same thing. WHAT IS MAYTAG GOING TO DO TO FIX THIS??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for a few weeks now. It's so quiet! It cleans all the gunk! It does not dry dishes as well as my previous dishwasher, though.

Doesn’t do the job

I have owned this dishwasher for over three months. To date not one load has been completely clean. Nothing that goes in is really dirty. Everything has been rinsed, but even the slightest residue remains after doing the load. The glassware does look clean, but the silver is never really shining. I have even started using the cycle for heaviest load, and it doesn’t help. Perhaps I bought a lemon, but I would recommend this machine to no one. The machine also holds much smaller loads than any other dishwasher I have ever owned. All in all I am disappointed in almost every aspect of this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
