Buyer Beware

Do not waste your money on this model. It does not dry (with heated dry feature turned on), there is no rinse aid receptacle (which the service dept states is a prerequisite for adequate drying!) Even with fully rinsing all my dishes before placing them in this machine, I sometimes have to run the load again to get the dishes clean. I grew up in a household that was a beta site for a large dishwasher mfg company. I know my dishwashers, and this is not what you want.

Good look but doesn't dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for nearly half a year now and am very pleased with the look but am very disappointed in the effectiveness. Dishes come out clean but the dishwasher's "heat dry" setting doesn't dry the dishes or Tupperware. Everything is wet or moist after every cycle.

The man who flipped our house before we bought it chose the cheapest appliances he could and it shows with the dishwasher.From Day 1 I have had to wash dishes AGAIN after they went through the dishwasher...Appliances should be an investment, look into something higher quality. Nothing against Whirlpool... just suggesting don't get their lowest end model.

No rinse aid, kind of loud

There is no place for rinse aid and I definitely need it. I live in a rental, and can’t find the instruction manual. Not available online. I like that it has a quicker cycle, but it’s not doing a very good job of cleaning my dishes. Spotty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in February, does not dry the dishes very well. Probably because in doesn't dry very long or it doesn't have a stainless steel tub. My maytag I had dried the dishes very well and was a good dishwasher.
