Craftsmanship

I've owned this messenger bag for just about two years now. After two years of moderate use, (meaning the only time it leaves my shoulder is to be set on the passenger seat of my truck, or on a carpet floor), I'd have to say the craftsmanship is somewhat poor. The strap pad has serious signs of stitch failure, and the OGIO emblem rubber is starting to rip from the material (these issues occurred within my first year of owning the product). My suggestion to this company is to reinforce the stitching in high stress areas of the bag. The rubber around the OGIO emblem has one stitch around its perimeter... barely 1/32" onto the rubber... yeah, that failed. The rubber emblem is flapping up. Were I to point out a couple great things about this bag that sets it apart from the field, it would undoubtedly be the "tech vault". Perfect size and functionality for even the largest smart phones. Also, the amount of pockets in this bag are second to none. Literally a pocket for everything.
Pros: tech vault, pocket count, shoulder strap stow, color, rubber feet, ballistic padding
Cons: stitching, craftsmanship
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This briefcase is nothing short of a miracle of modern design, such is hard to come across. A messenger bag tends to be thrown around qute a bit and I am not an exception to treating it so, but one unforeseen circumstance has proven to me that this bag is really exceptional among others. I rode my bike through a construction zone and just like some signs will suggest I spactacularly fliped forward of my bike as I cought one side of my handelbars on a fence, all while carring a laptop in this briefcase. The forward flip whiped the bag above my head and slingshotted it to the ground, naturally, i expected the laptop to be broken. I was shocked to find my computer without a scratch, crack etc. If you ever come across this magical briefcase, get it, the single most succesful purchase I ever made!
