The experience with dealing directly with the company is very slow. I had to return an item...and it is now over a month and my account has not been credited. The item I received is pretty good. Some strong features...some a little flimsy. We'll see over time.

I bought the terminal and the layover bag and the quality seems very good I have not used yet but looking forward to it. The only negative was in the pictures it looks like the double camo print was white with camo on top but when I got it was actually a mint color with camo on top not exactly happy with the color It looks so much better in the picture than in person

I've owned several Ogio products in the past and when I was ready to upgrade I decided to go with them because they replaced one of my old bagpack that was damaged without any issues. I spoke to a representative and was served right away. With my current order I had to make a change to the delivery address and they took care of that without any issues.

Overall I love the bag! It’s perfect for all my needs and the color is awesome and I’m sure never miss it from baggage claim. The pockets are great size and placement. The inside has nice mesh dividers which I like. Wheels are nice and smooth and the material feels very durable and sure to last a while. The only complaint I could have is the size of the bag is a bit smaller than I expected, not by much but it’s about the size between a carry on and a full size check bag from other companies. It’s not that big of a deal to me and I’ve since grown to like the size as it fits everything I need and easy to pick up and move but it’s something to consider when the price is what it is. All said and done I think the original price is fair and I think I got a great deal on 4 of July sale. It is a quality nice looking bag. Hope this review helps someone.
